Can anyone recommend a good architect in the Burnley area? We're looking to remodel our kitchen and dining room making it into one room. Would involve installing a steel beam where a wall will have to be taken down, so will have to have a structural aspect as well.

If a decent offer comes in in January he'll be off. Great player for us, head and shoulders the best in the league but money talks at the end of the day.

There's a lack of options going forward for him. Foster is isolated, both wingers are marked, Brownhill and Hannibal are usually filling the centre of the pitch, and non of our full backs want to overlap.
