Re: Recruiting character
You're correct. There are no leaders in the team. Look what happens when we're under pressure or concede. Everyone is just looking at each other. Thought JBG might come to the forefront this season being most experienced but not happened.

He was decent in a good team in a rubbish league. When it comes to a battle and putting yourself about to earn the right to play football he is miles away. I can forgive people being crap, but to have no fight or desire is not for me.

Cullen 100% at fault for 1st goal. Watch it again.
I tell you what does help though. The crowd putting massive pressure on the keeper and then cheering when he kicks it long to no-one. Jokers.

That's a Cullen mistake. That's where he's supposed to take the ball and play, but his body shape was all wrong to receive the ball. Exactly this. Watch it again. Cullen looks over his right shoulder, sees no-one there, receives the ball but takes it to the left which allows Blackpool lad to tackle...

We bought last December and finally got the updated land registry info in May. What is it, 10 players out of contract? 65 million due in loan repayments which means anyone half decent will have to be sold.
Big job for anyone who comes in.

However, our 'normal' throw-in's aren't much better. Lost count of how many times we throw it to someone's stomach/thigh/chest when it needs to be to feet.
