North Stand Upper Block 6, usually enter via Ormerod Yard having parked on Belverdere Rd. Chose to park off Bank Parade, went to Bridge then Dyche and walked in no problems. The home end of CFS seems smaller, but they were making a good noise. New sound system was LOUD but clear. Only Burnley could ...

Can confirm about the problems on the Longside Upper. People just giving up queuing as second half starting. It’s almost as though the club want to spare us from paying their exorbitant prices

I really cannot get my head around what the club (board) are thinking. Thousands of home fans currently use Ormerod yard to enter and leave the ground, most then walking up Eastern avenue or in to town. Are all those people now expected to walk round all sides of the ground, increasing the crowds/cr...

As Rowls has said, the mining was for Limestone using the technique of Hushing. In south-eastern Lancashire hushing was used to extract limestone from the glacial boulder clay so that it could be used to make lime for agriculture, mortar, plaster and limewash. How you upgrade your home ticket has changed. Yes. PL can expel City from the league, but not put them in the EFL. City would have to apply for entry in to the EFL. Can’t see either scenario personally.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Mon Sep 16, 2024 10:08 pmNot sure the Premier league can relegate clubs as they don't own the lower leagues, so would have to get their permission.
