Just to add some perspective Bob, he has played one season in the Premier League for a team that fell 15 points short and was dumb enough to get himself sent off vs Burnley.

So he is not even “established” unlike say Jeff Hendrick.

It’s unrealistic to start him when he has played 5/10 minutes of league football in a dead game. However a 15/20 minute spell might be more plausible if the game is either lost or won.

Perhaps Roy's best achievement was taking Fulham to the Europa League final in 2010.

He also did a great job at Rovers paving the way for Kiddo and the Rubber Dinghy Men.

For me the obvious candidate is Adam Phillips. He has done quite well at Accy and will be match sharp albeit at a lower level.
