Re: Garlick buying another club

So those sneaky Americans stole the money from the club before they took control of it, and used it to pay off poor, uninformed Mr Garlick who had no idea any of this had happened and the next thing he knew he just suddenly had millions in his bank without realising where it came from and Burnley F....

Some fans would be happy to see us drift back to league 2 with 7000 fans on the turf.
Halve that amount and that’s about the level we were at in that league.

My company is also paying the tickets for the first 30 Morecambe fans who come to the game with a Morecambe FC shirt on.

Kendal Town have offered to support any of the youth players who want to continue their development, which is a great touch from a local-ish club.

I mean, it’s a fair point. Both of our stadiums combined are under 35,000 capacity.

Obviously more people would watch it on tv but it’s hardly a game anyone neutral would want to watch.

It might cut to the bone as a Burnley fan but objectively it’s a very fair point to make.

I know Parker wasn't at Spurs for long, nor was he a "legend" there like Kompany was, but to have our opening PL fixture to be against Man City when Kmpany was in charge and now Spurs with Parker in charge, feels it's not as randomly selected as we're led to believe.
