The law has changed recently I believe. Ignoring these PNC’s can end up with you receiving a CCJ. A number of hospitals I visit for work are issuing them and I was chatting to a member of staff who told me they are beginning to actively enforce them. Up to you but I personally would not risk it.

My wife works at the RVI and knows a couple of the nurses who looked after him. I have no issues with this at all as it shows the staff in a very good light….far from the negative media that the NHS usually gets…
