Nothing wrong with 3 in 1 or other similar lubes as long as you put it on a cloth first and run your chain through it and do that every week. Neither WD40 nor GT85 are the answer. Don't get conned into paying silly money for synthetic equivalents.

Really can't criticise them as they're all a blessed relief from having to listen to Hoddle commentating.

Not looked at the card but in general favours previous course winners and keep an eye out for local trainers. One of my favorite jumps courses.
