I live in a house overlooking the Med on the Costa del Sol between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. I hate the holiday period in July and August, too many bloody tourists, no parking anywhere, can get a bit too hot to go out walking, can't wait for September to get back to normal. Flat and the canaries don’t really go together but I’m with jrobbo above Playa Blanca is about as flat as you’ll get it and plenty there . Santiago in Tenerife looks ok but as it’s on the north coast ( ish) it won’t be as guaranteed warmer weather
