Surely the 1992 home game against Wrexham was completely insignificant and it’s the game before at York that should be included.

The guest on the pod made the point that the Orient game wasn’t the “rebirth” of the club because we were stuck in the old Div 4 for another 4 years. However, I recall (as a child back then) that the feeling about the club seemed to change. The attendances the following season as good as doubled an...

Well, what a load of ballcocks! Probably the better logic is that handball in the penalty area is an offence, encroaching into the penalty area isn’t, so it really doesn’t matter where the Liverpool player was.

The distance from the corner of the Longside stand to the traffic lights on Brunshaw/Belvedere will be well over half a mile, which isn't something that can be done in 5 minutes. What do the rules say about where a player can’t stand from a PK? Presumably they at least need to be behind the ball? The freeze frame is misleading anyway. If you watch the footage the Liverpool player jumps in the air when he gets to the line to try and avoid encroaching, the freeze frame shows him in mid air and it’s impossible to tell whether he’s over the line or not. But the guidance is clear on the encroachm...
