Re: The SUPER CLARETS vs The Baggies - Match Thread

Nobody seems to have mentioned that the player who committed the offence against CJ had made at least three cynical fouls on Esteve and somehow wasn't carded (mainly because Esteve was far too good for him). Not punishing that then menant he felt he could get away with another one. CJ shouldn't have...

Re: Cardiff City v Burnley match thread

A good 3 points but it should have been a lot more comfortable than that. A mixture of poor finishing, some very poor refereeing and some sloppy defending meant they had a chance to push on in the last 30 mins.

Trafford, Roberts, Esteve, Egan-Riley, Cullen, Brownhill, Koleosho, Benson, Rodrigues and Foster are pretty good bag of oddments to be presented at this level of football and then to have £30m to add to it doesn't sound bad to me. I hope today is the wake up call which we need ala Sheff United in Kompany's season.
There's a lot of talent in this squad but we have to start playing to win, not to dominate the ball in order to restrict chances for the opposition.

That's just not a fair assessment at all. O'Shea hits it at a fair pace to outpace Toney, and puts it right into the bottom right corner(from our side, left facing the goal) without looking. Muric is in an easy position to receive a back side pass leftwards. I'll reiterate it's poor from O'Shea, I ...

You're very wrong here mate. Not to mention Dara didn't even pass to the centre of the goal - it was literally in the corner?
