Word of caution it's only acceptable to talk about Leeds & Sunderland nobody else are relegation candidates & seemingly it's irrelevant what anybody else does. It’s irrelevant in the context of a thread literally entitled “The three promoted clubs. Are the actually good?” Unless you’re lacking in c...

Re: The SUPER CLARETS vs Cardiff City - MATCH THREAD (Carabao Cup)
Not sure I'd agree Tresor should be making the squad after tonight's cameo but he certainly made more of a case than just about anyone else we used. Not so much disjointed as disinterested in the first half, and that's unforgiveable. Some of those jokers played like they already know they're off in ...

Hopefully Parker has told this lot that if they don't turn this round the next time they step onto that pitch will (maybe) be in January for the FA Cup third round, because Hannibal and Ugochukwu aside it's only an injury to a first-teamer that'll see them breathe Premier League air this season.

I have received a speeding ticket for speeding on the M5 around Droitwich. Mobile speed camera. The reason I write, is that my speed was captured as 79mph. I cruise control atc78, so won't argue with 79, however, my understanding is that 10% + 2 and no action. On a motorway, that is 79, hence my 78...

I might be wrong but when they first started showing Italian football on c4 in the early 90s I’m sure they had an oversees player rule? I think you were allowed 3 oversees players in your team. I'm not as convinced Donnarumma will be the naled-on Number 1 as others seem to be, although two defeats in three games(?) won't be helping Trafford's cause. Said this when Tuchel was appointed, his contract runs out after the World Cup.
He’s not there to bring through a generation of English talent, he’s there to win a trophy. Specifically, the next trophy. And it’ll be his chosen horses-for-courses up until he’s either a) won that trophy or b) failed.

In as much as I noticed a difference getting out of the JML on Saturday as opposed to last season, it's that the denser crowd you always get at the pinch point by the club shop now starts a fair bit earlier.
That's all it is though; a bit busier by the exit I normally use.
