They may well be looking at an overall picture, but it’s early days. Far too early to be writing him off. Football is riddled with players who struggled at some places and excelled at others.

I never attend a game 'expecting' anything but I do go 'hoping' for a good performance/ victory. A win at Preston on both occasions last season was always possible and certainly not a 'ridiculous' notion.
