Poor, poor lad. That does not look like a ‘small setback’. Not sure why the club keep publishing videos/livestreams of him hobbling. Most recent one looks worse than the one from pre-season. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/17UZtmJ2Dr/?mibextid=wwXIfr Jesus wept, he was in that clip for about half ...

Re: Todays games.
Referee called to screen to upgrade a yellow to a red but he rightly says no. Ref is Daniel Siebert who we had at Aberdeen. What on earth was the VAR looking at. Refreshing to see a ref stick to his guns though. The outcome is inevitable when the ref gets sent to the screen in the Premier League now.

Re: Transfer window out of 10
8/10 Had we kept/adequately replaced Egan-Riley, it would have been 9/10. The two midfield signings are hugely impressive and should allow us to make a real contest of a lot of games. Something we couldn’t do last time round. Up top, Foster has shown enough for me that he can cut it as a Premier Lea...

Re: **** VAR
The way the image is generated is by drawing a line at the ‘last possible onside position of the defender’, then in colour, the offside component of the attacker. It’s not really that difficult a concept. Here is a clearer example. My question still remains, there is a triangle of the United defend...

Re: Access for home fans
I haven’t managed to attend a home game since the Cotterill years, not far lack of trying but a combination of booking tickets then illness, pandemics, fixture changes ruining my plans. Anyway, I have to say the Turf looks terrific at the moment. I have empathy for those with physical issues being ...

It’s become evident that there is a certain demographic that come on this board and whinge at every single thing the club does before even seeing the plans in action. As great as this messageboard is at times, it’s certainly not representative of how the wider fanbase feels. I was speaking to a few...

Re: Access for home fans
Agree there’s the odd hyperbole post. From a risk point of view I expect the likelihood of something bad happening is still very low, but it will have increased with these changes. Frustration from my point of view is how little awareness it appears the club has, and that they haven’t given thought...

Given the amount of wide players we had on the bench Saturday, and given MT and LK were not even in the squad, I can’t see we will be looking at more wingers.

It really is quite sad seeing Espanyol fans getting so excited online that JJ Watt wore an Espanyol scarf and drank a beer with them. I think whatever deal Walker is on, it has to be a first for the club. I think both Koleosho and Fosters pace will be very important next year - I’d rather we had them in the side than Anthony and Flemming to be honest, because I think it gives us a chance on the break that we won’t otherwise have (assuming no more signings) - but equally wouldn’t surprise me if Parke...

I get the feeling Brownhill wants to stay but he’d be daft not to look at all options given the position he’s in.
