You can't protect people from stupidity. Maybe pay them less and then they won't have the money to squander. I bet most on here would love to have £5m to invest.

Re: Newcastle statement for Isak leaving
At the end of day it doesn't matter which clubs and players are involved. It is not good for the game and shows what money and agaents are doing to it. Unfortunateky this is the world we live in these days, money speaks louder than anything.

When you compare last season to this it's fairly obvious that VAR is ruining the game. There were wrong decisions last season and people accepted them far more readily and moved on with the attitude that some go for you and some go against you. The game was more fluent and and a mor enjoyable experi...

At the end of the day we played well 2nd half and deserved a win but were robbed by 2 VAR decisions. No way they would have been overturned if it was the other way round. I really do wonder if some offcials are corrupt or the bias towards the big tems is ingrained into them. You could see the disapp...

Today puts our performances into perspective. We lost 3-0 to Spurs and score wasn't a true reflection. They beat City away 2-0 today. Sunderland beat W Ham 3-0 and lost 2-0 to us today. Just shows the state of the game when you have buy 10/11 new players just to have a chance of staying up. While 100 points in the championship never guaranteed anything. I would suggest back in the day adding 2/3 decent players would be enough to have a competitive season in the prem. A lot of peop...

We've had a great transfer window so far and most would have been happy with what we have. Yet there might be a couple more incomings which would be the icing on the cake.
Despite this people still manage to find something to complain about or argue over.
