My former next door neighbour Fred Nuttall played for Bacup when Hall was pro. His jaw was broken by a particular ball from the West Indies man. The story goes that the ball hit him on one side of the mouth and broke his opposite jaw!!

They look fantastic and I look forward to seeing them. Just one comment about the height of the information plaques for each player. Just think they are a bit high for younger fans and people in wheelchairs etc who may not be able to read what it says. Perhaps some of the next ones put up could have...
