Re: Aston villa v Macaabi Tel Aviv

The Maccabi fans were quickly flown back to Israel on chartered flights and obviously therefore couldn't be charged. If you want to pretend what I said was incorrect just come out and say it instead of trying to play silly games. I’m not sure that is true, 120 odd were arrested and just 10 Maccabi....

Possibly due to the Maccabi fans marching through Amsterdam last year chanting death to Arabs and assaulting innocent people. I don't think you need any stats to know we've had one of, if not the, most difficult starting set of fixtures vs any other side. Especially when compared to the 2 other sides who came up.
It seems it’s a struggle for some.

The current average position we’ve faced is 8.43 If the target is to finish 17th, the average position you’d face over the course of the season is 10.16. It has been a tough start, but does show it could have been tougher. For context, based on a 17th place finish the toughest start you could have ...

Sounds like it was tactical from Parker to use him over Ekdal yesterday. He said part of being more aggressive meant using Tuanzebe’s profile for this one (he is quite quick), which is interesting.
