I can't see how they could do that without some considerable work. They've certainly said nothing about that either.

The intention is to build some sort of lounge in between the BLS and CFS but it’s not part of this phase.

It is access only. I seem to remember a few years back after a game the police did spot checks. Don't know if they issued warnings or fines, but it was certainly a one-off.
