I remember him scoring (i think a free kick against Huddersfield) in a game and can't remember much else.
He was our player. Only three appearances for us in total though. Another one of Mullen's signings that always tended to be crocked!

There was a lad whose surname was Pilkington, who came on as sub in one game under Cotterill (I think!). As soon as play re-started after the sub, the ref blew for full time.

I don't think he made another appearance.

Yeah he had a knee injury in December 2022, had surgery and went back to Villa. Was then loaned to Boro in the January window when he must have passed their medical and resumed playing in February 2023. So are you seriously suggesting we shouldn't have signed him based on those facts? What a terrif...
