I don't understand why Scott Parker would leave Fulham. They were relegated because they had a lack of quality, but a bit of rebuilding and some continuity will see them bounce back with just as much chance as Bournemouth, and they might even stay up next season... What seems to be forgotten about Richardson is that he has spent the last 2 seasons, as a 16 and 17 year old, playing almost exclusively for the Under 23s, and not the Under 18s, as would be normal, and as the rest of his age group have been doing .So much for the club holding him back...

That all depends on whether these high earners still want first team football or not at a level below, whether they'd be allowed to leave in any case, what the difference is in wages between what the two clubs would pay and whether we could utilise the loan system to assist these players.
