Re: Bronwhill confirms departure
Only about £11 million. If you and your family can't live off that amount very comfortably for the rest of your life then there's something seriously wrong with your financial management. Yeah don't understand why more footballers don't retire at 30 and move to stoops. Live very comfortably. 😁 Peop...

This explains it.
I was very shocked with all the empty seats and thought it odd Sunderland hadn't sold out their allocation.

We are two or three players of having a squad that has a real chance of staying up. Hopefully the likes of Tella, Eriksen/Barkley are on our radar. Maybe I am a bit nuts but I honestly think we are 2 or 3 Quality signings away from being able to challenge for a top half finish. Maybe another CF a N...

Surely Ransay and JBL are the likely people to replace Brownhill? I want a solid CDM to play alongside Cullen. A new CF and a solid keeper (would like Johnstone). Don't think we are too far away from a competitive lower mid EPL squad at that.

Dubois has 1 chance IMO and that is an early knockout via a lucky shot. He has to go hard and fast from the first bell and hope he can connect with something or Usyk will just grind him down and outclass him like he has done so many times to so may boxers.

I have said it before and I will say it again. Beyer and Steve will Never be a back 2. They are too similar. You can't have 2 marauding CBs together. The only way they should play together is as part of a 3 with an old fashioned "proper defender" of a CB. Such as Ben Mee (could Tuanzebe be this play...
