Re: Steve Cooper
I would never comment on Coopers appearance just the fact he seems to get lots of opportunities Maybe he's just lucky? It’s not like he’s getting another Premier League gig here. If anything, it might be considered surprising he’s going to Brondby considering he took Forest from relegation candidat...

Like I said. He would have been told what was happening. They’re looking at, at least 48 games. Both will get game time. People are just taking it as Pep has said to him he’s number 1, then signed another gk behind his back. Won’t have happened. Dunno, that does appear to be exactly what’s happened.

They've still got plenty of quality, but I'm amazed he's dropped his £70m striker again. Also Dorgu, who I thought had been one of their better players. Seems wedded to 3-4-3. Keep it tight for half an hour and you never know.

Slightly critical of the signing but it’s only fair to say he played well yesterday. Decent save in the first half and generally looked comfortable and commanding, except for one slightly off punch out later on.

Nuno has just done a press conference where he's basically confirmed the relationship with the owner has considerably broken down.
While I'm no fan of Marinakis, they have spent quite a bit, despite losing Elanga, so his comments about the squad are slightly odd.

He’s totally out of order for calling the guy out by name. It’s his livelihood and if a player wanted to use his services, that’s down to the player. Injuries can happen at any time. Looks like Josh Brownhill and Armando Broja have worked with him so he’s clearly well regarded.

I wouldn't be too cocksure about that whilst there's time. I'm a little concerned about his age, but he should be a good, solid experienced option.
Johansson is expected to leave Stoke this summer - he's somebody I like, but there's the obvious issue of no PL experience.
