Re: I would like to see Mark Robins at the club

Sure, we've been poor this season but to swap a manager who won the Championship, playing scintillating football and only losing three times along the way... with someone who's won nothing while implementing a different style to the one the club is geared towards would be... well... a bit daft.

Sometimes you see footballers and you genuinely wonder how they have got as high as they have. Not often, because even if you personally don't rate a player, you can appreciate how others can. Even conceding a 90+ equaliser to Luton makes a massive difference. We’d be above them, and just need to match Forest results until the last game. I think that's what is most galling. We've been pretty terrible for the vast majority of the season but those fine margins show you don't have to be any...

Wolves, Brighton, Everton.

Winning just one of those recent games would've given us a huge shot at staying up. For all that went before, I think not taking more advantage of those fixtures is what will send us down although it'll be closer than I or many supporters thought it would be.

About ten years ago, I was in a chippy in Aylesbury and infront of me in the queue was a man wearing a Burnley hat. I said, "I'm a Burnley fan too." He looked at me blankly. I pointed at his hat. "I'm a Burnley fan too," I said again. "Oh," he said. "I don't know what you mean. I just like the hat."...
