Re: Damian Green
I don't think pornography is the issue - almost 80% of people view pornography at some point and over 40% of people regularly view pornography on a monthly basis according to loads of studies - and that is both men and women. It is the fact he was viewing pornography at work in between doing things ...

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
Don't you start as well. I thought that it was fairly common knowledge that we only had two centre backs at the time with Duff on the bench. That meant we needed another in. So we only had 2 centre backs with one on the bench then. Now we have 2 centre backs with one on the bench and Taylor clearly...

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
I thought it was fairly common knowledge that Tarks signed to take Keane's place in the team when he left. Keane then didn't leave as soon as many expected so Tarks had to wait longer than expected for a chance. We don't sign replacements. Players come and players go. It would appear in this instan...

Nope you just think it's okay to be nasty to them because you can hide behind the "internet".Devils_Advocate wrote:No thanks I have no interest in meeting random people off the internet

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
You slagged off posters for being negative and implied they are not proper Burnley fans. Your post is also complete nonsense and far to long winded to be anything more than direct and to the point in my response. If you are so sensitive that unless you have the opportunity to fight someone you cann...

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
Today's word of the day is - hindsight Which is what signing Tarkowski was - signing him before Keane left. In terms of the "next" centre back - clearly Tom Anderson is the next one that Dyche feels is going to be the next one, he is on loan to get experience is in the first team training squad and...

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
I would have stayed in the shadows if this pile of boll*cks hyperbole is the best you can muster There you go - and that's why I stayed in the shadows. For some reason respect isn't necessary anymore - I didn't slag anyone off or anything but that is a response that is nasty in any walk of life if ...

Re: This Tarky is Keane's replacement nonsense
I haven't posted for a long time just because the extreme negative posters of which there are only a few just dominate the forum which wasn't like that in the clarets mad days so much but this thread caught my eye. "Tarky" was always Keanes replacement - he was the top rated championship centre back...

Re: Britt Assombalonga
Think that we are in pole position to get him now, looks like we have been encouraged in some way as even that Boro have offered crazy money he definitely wants to be in the Premier League.
It also means that Andre might be going.

Re: 50 years since decriminalisation of homosexuality
If it's a religious issue then that can't be right as the main denominations are scrambling to keep up and are having yearly votes amongst members to increase acceptance of gay rights - it won't be long before they catch up now, for example Methodist ministers will bless same sex marriages. Only rel...

Re: 50 years since decriminalisation of homosexuality
Got to say I am pretty scared how many people in the outside world might genuinely think like Flatline. It's absolutely jaw dropping and I can see the responses are just that - it's like how to even respond. He might as well say - "The world is flat because I can't see it being round from where I lo...

Re: 50 years since decriminalisation of homosexuality
I totally agree with your post, and that's why I don't post normally. It's just that every single thread ends up being horrendously negative and this one is plainly nasty and sums up what's wrong with society. I don't care about protecting me or being offended - and make no mistake you don't change ...

Re: 50 years since decriminalisation of homosexuality
This is one of the scariest threads I have seen on here - I don't post normally because of the few weird anti-burnley posters that make every thread negative beyond just a normal discussion but this is really the worst. Being gay is a sexuality you are born with it's not a choice. Being bisexual is ...

Re: Tough run in
Oh shut up about "current form" - we have had 4 away games and drawn 2 of them. All our points have come from home games - and we have beaten Liverpool at home, not just crap teams. We only need one more win to stay up so only a complete pillock would say that it is touch and go that we will stay up...

Re: Strength of squad
Squad is massive compared to last time. Centre midfield last time at this point was Jones and Arfield as Marney was injured - no backup. This time we have Defour, Hendrick, Barton, Westwood - all an improvement on Jones & Arfield and yes Defour is out for a few weeks and Barton can get a ban but at ...

Re: Please Chairman, renew Dyches contract now
I would like to add - I am fed up with seeing threads hijacked by Saxoman and KRBFC and have stopped watching the forum like I used to - can the moderator just stop trying to be nice and "inclusive" and get this done and get rid of them, it spoils literally every thread.

Re: ARTICLE: The Brady link
I think what I am trying to say simply is that if we buy Brady on £50k per week then every single first team player will want £50k per week and fringe players want more too. And then if you don't give them that then team morale goes down the pan. You could say well "deal with it" - but you can't, ev...

Re: ARTICLE: The Brady link
On a thread like this it is so disappointing for it to be hijacked by KRBFC and the negative stuff for just being negative sake and has no idea what is going on behind the scenes or who is doing it. For example those youth team guys stealing a wage that produced Jay Rodriguez that did a brilliant jo...

Re: Pep Guardiola has thrown in the towel
Leicester won the premier league in Ranieri's first season with most of the players being Pearson's players. KRBFC your argument that Pep has inherited crap players so needs time is nonsense - Ranieri could have dreamed to inherit some of that talent yet he managed to win the premier league with som...
