I've just had an email through from the club with the QR code as an alternative to the wallet download... Might help out those who need to forward tickets on etc

I have mine and my dad's in my Google wallet but it says the pass can't be shared. Not a problem for me this time as I'm with my dad, but it's worth noting they might not be sharable once downloaded...

It must have been very late in the season, as I purchased Coventry tickets (March) in the same manner with no issues.

That's going to be a nightmare. The bottle neck after the game on the corner of the club shop onto Harry Potts way is bad at the best of times. It's going to be dangerous

I think I'll end up chancing a few getting to general sale so I can bring my mate. My dad whose ticket I sometimes use for my mate is usually up for most games but he doesn't like the long trips as much anymore and it's not as much fun on your own!

With the changes to how tickets can be purchased this season i.e. only the applicable age ticket type can be purchased with a particular clarets number, do we think this is going to affect away attendances this season? It looks like they have age-locked clarets numbers, so you can't buy an Adult ticket with an O65 clarets number.

Yes Pete, it was the wallet/apple links and then the pdfs attached. I didn't see the pdfs at first but they are there

Got mine by email last week. Despite the ticket office saying each clarets number would get the ticket individually by email, all 3 of them came to me as the purchaser... At least they arrived in some capacity though

Is anyone familiar with how the seat swap will work using the online ticketing system? There hasn't really been much comms from the club as per usual. I've never swapped seats before, will it be the seats which weren't renewed during the renewal period that will be available?

They went almost immediately, it's showing the odd seat every now and then but no seats together .

I'm guessing they will open up the other blocks in due course?

I've just upgraded my dad's ticket for the Plymouth and PNE game. Assigned the ticket to my wife's new clarets number account and processed it. When I log into my wife's ticket account it says "1 notification for forwarded tickets" and when you click on it, it then says "You do not have any forwarde...

I spoke to ticket office again today. All remaining tickets were posted on Monday, so they should be delivered Thursday at the latest.
Might be worth ringing them in the morning and double checking the delivery address they have dispatched them to.
