While I agree that volunteering and getting involved with the club would help, it's not always practical. My work hours are long and extremely unpredictable. I think the general gist seems to be that you shouldn't do it, but lots of teams do

So my question now is, how would you tell 7 and 8 year olds/parents that you are replacing them with better players for next season?
