There will be games going on at Burnley CC during August, September, April and May, so it's impossible for it to be away fans only.

It annoys me when people say it doesn't do any harm. I remember after the last game of the Kompany promotion season, we were in the lower Longside with our 9 year old grandson. Re: RATE THE REF - Anthony Backhouse v Coventry City
I only watched the game on tv and I thought he was very good. With regard to the 'penalty', when they slowed it down at half time, it looked like a definite penalty as their player had his arm outstretched when the ball hit it and I think it would have been awarded with VAR. However, the same thing ...

There's plenty of 21 year old players at Championship level and above. And your point is? There are plenty of players around 21 already in the Burnley 1st team. I believe the coaching staff know better than fans when players are ready for the first team. No point in throwing in youngsters who the s...

Sorry but the ref was in no position to see of there was a push. The lino would have been though. Did he speak to the ref via audio. If he did he needs to resign. The fact that, in our opinion, the ref was in no position to see is totally irrelevant. VAR would only interfere if there was a clear an...

VAR would have made no difference last night. They would not have overturned the referee's decision, because he did touch the defender and they would have said it was down to the ref's interpretation of the so called 'foul'.

I think you could see how referees think by Mike Dean's reaction on Sky. "It's a penalty, he felt a touch and went down, like a good striker". Since when has any 'touch' been a foul?
