Trafford is overrated IMHO. We would have been right at the top with Hdlaky in goal last year. The EFL is poor. He was still flapping at crosses last year…although did improve from the year before. I would have thought Johnstones on a good wage. He was signed to compete for the number 1 shirt not as a number 2 so maybe 40-50k. I'd prefer us to pay an extra 20 or so on a better, younger keeper with a much higher sell on value. Think they are expecting Weiß to be that young keeper just too soon...
