The coach tickets are a scroll down on the 'ticket assignment' page.
As I'd purchased the match tickets I had to add another match ticket to the basket, then add three coach tickets, then assign the coach tickets, then remove the match ticket.

I had the same issue as others regarding dates of births, so rang the ticket office. What I was told is that tickets are assigned to our season ticket categories.
