Re: Steve Cotterill

Many people dont appreciate how little money he had when he arrived. Remember once just 4 on the bench and several were youngsters who had not played first team football. I think he asked for a masseur at one point instead of an extra player, just to help keep the first 11 fit.He used an oxygen cha...

He's pretty much the only one in our squad around the box who could find a pass in a tight area to set up a goal. Cullen can do it, but from deeper. His assist record is phenomenal, not in the Premier league granted but at the top level in the Netherlands and Belgium. And he's shown it here in the 8...

He gets 5-10 minutes to just pull us out the sh*t. Managed it once, and nearly did it again.

There's not one attacking player I'd have on the bench before Tresor. Unless his illness means he can't play, getting 10 minutes in the carabao Cup is almost insulting. I wish a journalist would ask a direct question

Oxalade-Chamberlain is done at the top level I think. Eriksen I can see some merit in on a 1 year deal, but given Parkers preference for safety first and a strong physical presence, I'm not sure how much he'd play. I'd still on balance prefer Tresor just to stay rather than sign Eriksen.

Checked the rules and it is a penalty. If you start tugging a shirt outside the area and it continues in the area, it's a "continuous foul" and a penalty. To get so close and do something so stupid with VAR watching, at Old Trafford, is mind boggling.
