Born in Edith Watson, lived in Earby then Nelson went to a mid week cup match and the massive floodlight pylons drew me in. Re: Hannibal
Sorry sausage finger typing on my phone!
What I was mentioning to say is when he played at 23 level yesterday was what we saw.
From deep had ability to go up against the ball quickly with ball winning quality , but in possession he can drive though lines carry and play though with quality.

https://ibb.co/XfJhryfz You would be right it was more of a 4-2–3-1 with Hannibal usually receiving in front of the ball in them days. Where yesterday he was receiving behind the ball in the main or at least in line. You are correct though out of possession formation is 4-4-2 mid block with the forw...

One of the things many are forgetting with CJ and his agility he basically learning with a new frame. I can assure you he has bulked up massively in the last 3/4 years when I watched him for City 21’s he was half the size and when he came to Burnley at the beginning. It’s not ponderous at all, it full of rotations since Hannibal and Laurent come in. Look at Brownhill taking position up on the right wing we have started having more variations in our movement’s and teams who zonal mark are struggling plus we are playing quicker one touch in the final 3rd and Flemm...

Do we really need a striker- Are out strikers really missing many chances ? I think we need a better ball player at 8 creative who find pockets or at 6 who can see a pass and sometimes move forward and let Cullen sit. Sarmiento has the movement at 10/8 can play on the half turn but not sure he has t...

To be classed as good or better than Pope as a pure goalkeeper you must be very very good .

Signs are there we are getting better with more incisive movement, one-touch play and some individual brilliance.
Overall, it was great 3 points against a decent side with a clean sheet and with more to come.
Good day all in all.

I think the "better than" is used when it should be played with more tempo and had better options than Trafford. The best position I have seen Lyle in was as a left inside forward playing in a front three with Dorgeles_Nene as a withdrawn striker. This allowed him to receive facing goal and run at goal at Westerlo.
he is a strong powerful runner, not a back-to-goal type and never has been.
