The easiest thing to do is forward the email so they can download the relevant ticket themselves, making sure they download the correct one. Google Wallet doesn't allow sharing from the wallet itself.

If you're a beginner and wanting to keep things simple and diversify lots, probably best to look something like Vanguard Lifestrategy, Fidelity or AJ Bell. You can then choose your risk appetite in terms of the mix between equities and bonds, depending how long you intend to invest for.
