Not sure how that could have happened unless you didn't use the same card or you forgot to tap out at the end of a journey. If you tap in to start and tap out to end (no need to if you are changing tram) then it can't go past the maximum for the day. It definitely happened, it probably was my fault...

You don’t need a day travel card. Just tap in with a card at the yellow boxes on each platform as you get on and off each time. The system tracks you and charges you the appropriate fee the next day I don’t trust it, got over charged once. I would download the Bee Network app and get the most appro...
