Re: What now for James Trafford?
Was Donnaruma even available when Trafford went. I seriously doubt he'd been told about that idea before he signed. He'd surely have been much better going to Newcastle to compete with Pope in this scenario. Like I said. 48 games minimum. Fighting to win 4 trophies (doesn’t matter wether they’re fa...

Re: What now for James Trafford?
There’s a huge difference between joining a club alongside a 31-year-old first choice that is on the wane and wants out compared to already being at a club who then decide just four weeks into your tenure to buy one of the best goalkeepers in the world, a goalkeeper that has already won it all and ...

Re: What now for James Trafford?
JT would have been told exactly what the situation is. There’s plenty of games for both of them with the Cups/EPL/CL. Donnarumma has also yet to play in any kind of decent league. Different playing Sat/Midweek/Sat, big game, after bug game.

It’s clear and obvious that the pull on the shirt starts outside the box and that it doesn’t make you fall over a few paces later. I absolutely hate VAR, it’s sucking the life out of the game. I’m almost certain that if that was at the other end it wouldn’t have even been checked Casper will be alo...

Yes, the reason we have those high profile bollard things is because of a terrorism risk for a high profile world sports event, which this is. So given the twitchiness the authorities show, I find it staggering they could approve only one exit when fans are surrounded by high walls. For most ground...

I think anyone, in any job would want a pay rise if they’ve had an impact on the business that Isak has over the past 3 years or they’d be looking somewhere else. If he’d have been shite for 3 years Newcastle would have no problem trying to ship him out where ever they could even without him wanting...

They'd be better off contacting their GP. I’ve no real idea how it works. But there’s some kinda process she has to go through as senco. Fans. Expect too much, too soon. Take Man Utd. So many youngsters come through in the last 10 years. Have a big moment, big performance and fans expect that every single week from then on. Coaches need badges to coach at whatever level they’re at. Make young players play a an x amount of minutes/gam...

Football is expensive now. That's inarguable. Most clubs are in a no-win situation though. They need all the money they can get to try and stay afloat at whatever level they play at. Even non-league prices aren't cheap these days because of the need to cover the basic running costs of the clubs. At...

I’d expect a few more to be involved, or at least not safe until the last 8 games or so. The top 3 last season had 33 points less (combined) than the season before. Man Utd and Spurs last season had 46 points less (combined) than the season before. If the bigger clubs (Spurs, Man City, Man Utd, Arse...

I wouldn't say so, if you are going to get fans to give up part of their day, at least don't waste their time. The 'legs shared between seats' scenario didn't happen this morning, the club should have thought it might be an issue when announcing the process. They aren't doing this for the fans, it'...
