Decathlon do some good bikes at reasonable prices with good spec


I’d avoid a hybrid bike. It’s does a bit of everything but nothing well.

Go for a road/gravel bike or a mountain bike. Both suitable for canal rides but also give you the option to do something different in the future if you wish

Just had a look at today’s route. 11km time trial of which 8km is straight up. Seems a bit mental.


Should be interesting as it’s a different test to the usual big climb after already cycling 60km. It’s just and eye balls out blast

It’s incredible that we have only conceded 15 goals. The nearest to us on that stat is Leeds who have conceded almost double that.
