Liverpool will absolutely be complicit in this stance to drive the price down.

It’s a massive pain in the arse trying to buy tickets. I’ve tried to get four tickets online today but need membership numbers for everybody. Two of the people coming on don’t have them so I can’t get them tickets. So I thought I’d nip to the ticket office in person to buy them. But it’s closed, the...

My lad decided he wanted to start playing when he was 10. We’d been to the park and kicked a ball around and he looked like what he was - a kid who’d never kicked a ball regularly before. Our top ten most expensive signings ever
Very little value for money there.
Trafford we’ll make a profit on. Wood and Cornet we made small profits on.
The rest of the list though …… crumbs. Some wasted money there, particularly for a club our size.
Some bad luck with injuries too.

I love Tarks, but there’s a reason he hasn’t played for a top 6 side. He’s ideally suited to low block teams where he’s defending his box and heading/clearing crosses away. Playing for a top 6 side with a high line and 50 yards of space behind him is a totally different requirement. With his lack of...
