Re: Transfer window out of 10
8.5, so close to being perfect. The form of Foster has really made our forward line stronger than it might first have seemed. Finally, we look like a competitive unit in the centre of the park, something that has been overlooked in so many of the seasons at this level. There are players in the squad...

After the window closes I would hope we more or less have a settled first XI. I haven't read through all of this thread but I wonder why the referee awarded the penalty against Anthony when - if it was a foul - it started - the shirt tug - outside the penalty area. it doesn't need someone to know the laws of the game to see a "coming together" isn't often a foul. Use it for serious foul play if you must but let the refs ref the game, we've managed for over 100 years without it, there are 3 leagues here that don't have it and they get on fine. VAR needs reviewing. I have said from the start, if you use technology then it has to be a black and white decision. A incident occurs, in scenario one the on field referee gives a foul, in scenario two the on field referee waves play on. VAR gets involved and sticks with the on field decision, the...

If the powers that be had a zero tolerance and hard line attitude to simulation, in all it's forms, then they'd make the game a better spectacle for the fans but also help their officials out immeasurably.
That isn't just in game but also retrospective punishments.

The old firm games used to be enjoyable to watch, in a large part because of the atmosphere.
The decision to play silly beggars with each other by severely restricting the away allocations, means it's a nothingness fixture now. The quality of the players just adds to the general meh about it.

So the claim that we are giving away fans 3000 tickets isn’t quite factual then? In terms of seats, it will be around 4,000, I'm not sure if the change of seats (to plastic ones) has made any difference to this.

So as expected, two exits for approx 2,300 fans and one exit for the home fans.
The extra capacity underneath (or second floor concourse) has to be a priority. An additional exit to the side of the stand (in between the safe standing and seats could possibly help relieve crushing.
