Said it several times but ‘the 10’ could easily be two 10s in a 3-4-2-1 type shape that Parker used in his previous PL stints and at times last season. Edwards played as an inside 10 for Amorim at Sporting.

It’s JBL.

As I said earlier if this thread is to believed next season our team will consist largely of players who failed to cut it last time we were in the epl, lightweight wideman, untried pub league players, crocks and geriatrics.
It's an inductive assessment let the abuse begin :ugeek:

I've noticed in his reels how quickly and accurately he can pull off a quick pass. A lot of his clips also show him deeper than a forward - so could even be a Brownhill replacement.
Isn't Hannibal the Brownhill replacement, or even Flemming playing in a deeper role.

Re: Summer transfer window

I don't think we will have any EPL standard players in the team next season. However I think the play style will reflect a sum greater than parts approach. I am confident that sp will have to a plan and will have identified players to suit that plan. That said we have a lot of dead wood to move on o...

I can see us having 5 points after the first 3 matches if we continue with good controlled football and a decent striker is found.
1st matches are lottery, Sunderland should be 3 PTS and I think iutd will need a few matches to settle into any form

As do your posts. Agreed, but someone has to put the alternative view forward (DA has been absent recently) But the one thing we need is a striker who can hold up the ball and score goals. Ideally, Chris Wood v2. My issue with Ash is that if he takes a squad spot, that is one less spot for an effec...
