Re: Joint Supplements
Most supplements are actually useless, even though they say.. e.g. (400% of recommended dose per day) etc, the body doesn't recognize them as such...they can't be metabolized & the liver is left with the job of removing them, there's zero benefit. It's a hugely profitable industry & they can basica...

Re: Beehole podcast - Why Florentino Luis could save Burnley's season
No one player will make our season, although a poor goalkeeper can certainly break it.Thankfully it looks like we have a good one. My concern is at centre back,I'm not sure Ekdal is quite upto it at premier level, although very capable in the championship. Axel Tuanzabe( excuse the spelling) I hoped...

It's good that we have all the important business done before the season starts.Very different to last seasons chaos.SP can now work on the squad that he wants, nobody up and leaving.
He can let others within the club to trim the squad and offload the unwanted players

Milan didn't want him , now money or no good enough not sure . Best years are behind him and can he still cut it in the Prem we will find out soon enough. So yes I have my doubts . I also have doubts, but SP has said that the best signing last season was Joe Worrell, not for what he did on the pitch,...

He starts for pretty much every single side outside the top 6 (even a few of the top 6). He's younger than Barnes And Ash is the Burnley Messiah according to many on here :) Ash has not been signed as a starter, and didn't cost £5m.If we were in the Championship I could understand this, someone likened this to the Ian Wright signing. We were in the third tier then, completely different ...
