I had only one of my 3 direct debit come out until July payment when they all finally came out also had a email after July one was took out about what direct debit will be took off for rest of payments until may and that had all 3 coming out as well

Yes all my 3 direct debit came out in a lump sum which is alot better than last 2 month where only 1 of the 3 direct debit came out

All my direct debits payments came out for my 3 season tickets today, after the last 2 months problems of only 1 of the 3 direct debits being taken out. Hopefully everyone else who has had problems for last 2 month had all the correct direct debits payments took out for them.

Yes I went and paid my missed direct debits payment at ticket office yesterday after getting email about it on fri after i emailed them about it and they say my direct debit will be fine next month

I got an reply from ticket office today when I sent email about update of only taking 1 out of my 3 direct debits out. They said they got info back from bank about mine which show all mine wernt took out and they know the reason for it and they put steps in place so they all took out in future month...

I check my direct debit today after no email about it and I been charged kid price for mine and my nephew and niece who under 18 that I sort out has not been took out. Went to ticket office as thought was open 5 to 7 on Thurs and seen it shut now only opens 10 to 2.

Glad to see the points being recalculated I couldn't get on until to today as kept coming up error see ticket office. But I have got on and added my friend and family and I know all of us are down with our points more than we should be
