I haven’t received 5 points yet.
The lady at the ticket office said they haven’t got round
to sorting all the Sunderland points yet.

To gain loyalty points will the digital season ticket
with the QR code work or do you have to download
each individual game QR code.
Rang the ticket office but didn’t get a definitive answer

It must be the Burnley fc app what is the problem.
I go through google onto the Burnley fc page and it works.

the allocation will probably be one ticket per clarets number.
Will it put 3 in my basket and let me reassign them.

If the allocation for the Preston game is one ticket per clarets
number can I select 3 tickets and then assign 2 of the tickets
to my friends and family account.

I went though the free sky q installation .
It was the installation engineer who mentioned the sky q mini box.
He didn’t quibble when I said no.

They ask you if want a sky q mini box which is multi room at an extra cost.
Just do a Zammo and say no
