I was hospitalised with pneumonia 5 years ago. It just floors you. It took me 8 days to get well enough to leave hospital then a couple of months to get my strength back. I feel for everyone up north, but it's a great draw for us in Kent. Burnley will be well supported by Southern Clarets, of which there were loads at Reading yesterday.

Use the Mereoak Park and Ride if driving (buses run from 13:00 to 14:45). The one recommended on the Burnley website has been closed all season because of the closure of Shinfield Park.

Thanks Foreverly. As usual, sales were good at first,, but they've slowed down a bit now. Local pubs and podcasts have been very supportive, and the club have said they will announce the book in a home programme.

We're parking at the ground (2,000 free spaces, with another 400 free spaces at the nearby Odeon). There's a bar where away fans are welcome at the Holiday Inn Express. It's 2-3 miles to the pubs in Oxford from the ground.

I've just spoken to the ticket office, who confirmed a sell-out. The lady said the allocation was 1,400, which I thought was small considering that on Football Ground Guide and Away Days Guide they both say the allocation for away fans can be up to 5,000 if the demand is there.
