Watched 3 minutes on YouTube. This lad is better than peak Kante and will win us the league in the next year or so.

If that’s a reason to chalk off a goal, nobody will ever score again. How many years have we had VAR now? That’s as bad as it’s ever been. Killing the game at that level.

You’d think he’d thrive in a side dominating possession somewhere. But it’s a big ask to put him in a side having to compete at their limits physically, every single game for 90+ minutes just to have a chance of getting something. You can see his quality but we’re not going to be in the position of ...

All hypothetical at the moment, but whereas I’m sure a new stadium near the M65 would do well and increase revenue streams for an ownership group somewhere.. it’d be the end of me going. Which obviously isn’t a reason not to do it, a low spending legacy fan not attending is a bonus, not a reason aga...

We always used to park on Holcombe Drive back in the day - only around 2,000 on then so it was easy. Someone wants to open a pie shop on that estate now, like that one on Higgin Street.

Let's say it's 1-1 on Saturday, an afternoon kick off, a close finish so not many leave early. 5 minutes later you've got around 14,000 people leaving via this. It will probably all be fine, it'll certainly take a while though.

Just reading this thread shows how much fans have wised up. Everyone knows now it's about money, agents, bonuses and commissions. 30 years ago we'd still have been naively talking about loyalty or ambition or the 'size' of a club, like it mattered. It's just about cash, as it always was. Isak starte...

Great research. We really don’t make life easy on ourselves. You’d think the law of averages would owe us a more pleasant start this time, but the fixture list looks unkind to say the least. Not sure about that. Spurs and United were two of the worst teams in the Prem and Sunderland were 4th in the...

Whenever I’ve watched a stream of a game, I’ll always choose the opposition’s coverage. It’s generally very fair and professional. I’ve had people sat next to me on the Longside give more balanced commentary on a game than Phil Bird.

Good move for him. Let's not get too dismissive of the level, he's got 0 football league appearances.
League Two is a huge step up from u21 or academy football. If he's as good as we're suggesting, he'll be playing every week and that's what matters.
