Re: Ashes Thread 2023

Got the cricket on the tv on mute at work, so listening to TMS on the bbc sounds app but it’s about 30 seconds behind. Does anyone know an app where it’s played live like the radio?

Re: Home kit unveiled

Best home kit in years. Amazing how much a clean sponsor like this helps as opposed to Chinese characters and that ridiculous giant poker chip we had at one point.

Re: Season Ticket Question

So am I understanding this right, I claimed a refund for the 2020/21 season (I was on furlough and needed the money) I’ve since moved away and won’t be renewing for next season but if I did renew I would be charged more money? That seems unfair.

Clarets in Normandy?

I’m making the move to Normandy in a few weeks and was wondering are there any Burnley fans (or fan groups) in or around the Orne department? Would love to meet up and watch games at some point if/when covid calms down a bit!

Re: Championship Manager 01/02 UTC group

Go into Burnley's reserves and promote Anthony Shandran to the first team (or sign him if you're playing as another team) his finishing is 20, and he starts banging them in straight away. I had an old 01/02 save where Inter tried signing him for £40m.

Re: 2019/20: Manchester City v Burnley - Ticket Information

Tickets were delivered this morning. We are on row P in the middle tier, so I’m guessing that means bottom tier is sold out?

Re: Combi boiler fitter required - any recommendations?

I'm a gas safe registred installer. Baxi, Worcester and Vailant are all good, dependable boilers. Avoid Heatline, Ferroli and Biasi like the plague, you'll have nothing but problems with them. Also make sure whoever installs your boiler fits a magnetic filter as most manufacturers require one for th...

Ian Holloway whinging about a 10 year old Scott Sinclair on Talksport. Not entirely sure what that has got to do with Bolton's current situation.

Just read on twitter we have never won at Wigan in a competitive game. I've been 3 times and never seen us score.
I've only been there once, but I seem to remember Michael Duff inexplicably playing as a centre forward

Could Boris just drag his feet with parliament and take us out of the EU with no deal in October? Or is there some kind of mechanism to stop that catastrophe from happening?

Re: New York City

The 9/11 muesuem is outstanding, and I agree with the other poster who said pay the extra $20 for the guided tour - it's worth it. I would also recommend just walking around some of the neighbourhoods. Greenwich Village, Hells Kitchen and Brooklyn Heights were some of the ones I visited and were all...

Ok, so I've signed up to Sports Nation for 3 months, and just watched the first half of the Man Utd - St Etteine game (via kodi on my firestick) in the best quality stream I've probably ever had with zero buffering. So far so good!
