Re: Season Ticket Question
In my case, I was waiting for the refund for 2019/20 to be processed onto my teamcard, to use against the renewal of my next ST as per the clubs instructions at the time. They then took them off sale, when the refund was on my teamcard. Go figure. oh sorry , i was under the impression you were desp...

Re: Season Ticket Question
Don't know just when the extended period ended and can't find any reference to it on the club website. That seems to be one of the issues that some people have, that the extended period closed without any notice. probably about the same time as when people started demanding refunds, because watchin...

Re: Season Ticket Question
I think that it closed abruptly prior to the end of March but then reopened again later for a short period. i wouldnt call an extra month a short period.as i have already said, i was told by the club they remained on sale until early may.people are simply refusing to accept the facts as they were b...

Re: Season Ticket Question
Someone earlier stated that they had actually renewed on 6th April, which was when most people understood that the window was closed. This may explain the situation. Published by the club on 24th March, 2020 We understand that there is an amount of uncertainty regarding earlybird renewals for the 2...

Re: Season Ticket Question
Brownside. Yes I realise that I have not paid anything yet towards the 21-22 season and that is because I couldn’t as they closed the early bird period early 12 months ago. 30 minutes ago it would let me renew but I didn’t as a) I wanted to use my £95+ that they have on my team card (of all places)...

Re: Season Ticket Question
The saga continues. I am now classed as “not eligible” on the season ticket renewal page. Why do they make it so difficult!!! if you have no funds on your "on account" would that not mean you have withdrawn the funds or not paid in full? that could possibly be the reason they think you are not elli...

Re: Season Ticket Question
I’m another who didn’t renew before they closed the early bird period early. For goodness sake we were being asked to pay for an unknown product in March!!! I have always paid in full for my season ticket just before the early bird deadline. Seems a bad move if those in my position cannot renew our...

Re: 2017/18: Arsenal v Burnley – Ticket Information
Most people on here could correctly state how many would travel to any given game based on years of experience following burnley, yet the club seem unable to estimate demand on a regular basis... Who actually makes the decision how many tickets to request? It has been stated the last time burnley v...

Re: Can I ask a stupid question?
I don't sleep so I won't lose any. We will only get 3000 tickets and the points level has been reduced to 3000 giving the chance for a whole lot of extra fans to login on Saturday behind their computers at home to buy them whilst other fans are sat on coaches on their way to Anfield. They may be gon...

have you considered you that you can buy when you come home- or even Sunday? nothing to lose sleep over is it really?
I think the ticket office closes at 12.30 Saturdays, that will probably be the reason for it commencing then.
