Excellent signing. We know what he offers at this level, he's young enough to keep improving, and has some genuine quality and end product. Who cares whether he's a Parker signing or a recruitment team signing. I expect JBL and Anthony are likely to become our first choice wingers, assuming they sta...

Can anyone explain why refs allow so much time for a long throw to be taken? Players get booked for taking 10 seconds to do a normal throw in, but that rule seems to be ignored if you are setting up for a long throw.

Similar problem for me. I can renew mine online but not coming up as an option for my son, and he doesn't have his own online account as far as we are aware. Email sent to the ticket office yesterday, no reply yet. They may end up missing out on my £870 as we can't just "pop in" from 70 miles away.

It's difficult to compare Ekdal, Egan and Worrall as we haven't seen any of them fully fit and having a long run in the team. But is Ekdal really a lot slower than the others? He looked a class act to me in the Championship, and any lack of pace was more than covered by how well he reads the game. S...

To be fair many of these signings would benefit from another season developing in the Championship. Just look at what a run of games has done for CJ and Humphreys. Boro were by far the best team we have faced at home so far this season. A point is fine. I agree, definitely a point gained rathe...

That's a key point about needing some stability. We are a very young, inexperienced team with a huge injury list. Surely it has to be Jay. Hountondji may improve with time and experience but he hasn't shown much to suggest he can lead a line on his own at this level yet.
This may be Jay's only chance to prove he can still do it and I really hope he makes the most of it.

No problem at all with game management like that, irrespective of the opposition. All part of regaining the winning mentality that we had completely lost under Kompany.
