Whoo hoo direct debit finally went out yesterday for the first time....only 6 months late and for the wrong amount too but I'll take it!!!
Charged me for an adult ticket but I'm a senior citizen.
I'm sure I'll get a refund if I wait long enough!!!

Yes, I've had to pay each installment by credit card up to now despite repeated promises that it was sorted.
Last time they said I had cancelled the DD!!!
I am assured that it will be taken next month now that THEY have reinstated it but they have told me that 4 times already!!!

I'm on the database/spreadsheet with hundreds of others too cos I've seen it and have been so since 5th May. Ticket office staff seem helpful also but it's obviously still a major problem.

Numerous phone calls and emails back and forth, 2 visits to the ticket office , 2 payments made manually by debit card and assurances given by the club that after a meeting with Ticketmaster last month all would be sorted by July payment. Bury away Boxing Day 99 lost 4 - 2 but we were 4 - 0 down at half time after having Steve Davies sent off early on.
