Re: Clarets+ - can’t order again

Replay delay Can anyone explain the huge delay in full match replays being posted for viewing. I live in Western Australia which is 8hrs+ so prefer to watch the replays of night games the next morning. Typically, there is a gap of 8-9hrs after the game ends to being able to watch it whereas the high...

Re: Rugby League World Cup: Australia and New Zealand pull out of tournament

In part due to NRL parochialism but more about sensible risk assessment re: Covid. UK pandemic management a triumph of optimism over common sense with harsh lockdowns and NHS capacity-stretching inevitable within 3 months.

Re: Jimmy Mac v Rovers.. crowd!!

Around 54,000, 3-0 up with 18 minutes to go and drew!
Similar crowd in replay in previous round against Bradford - won 5-0 and Bob Lord charged kids full prices!

Re: got to have been one of best goals ever scored at goodison

Can anyone please post a video of this goal at normal speed and without the Benny Hill special effects(which were great by the way!).
Unable to replay Sky clip here in Perth.
Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Your memories of this day eight years ago at Wembley

Flew in from Perth Western Australia on the Saturday, watched the game on the Monday and flew back. One of the best investments I ever made. Lady behind me crying at the final whistle - first time she had been to a Clarets' game since they sold Jimmy Mac! Couldn't believe we missed so many chance in...

Re: ARTICLE: Williams makes Aussie switch

I'm a Burnley supporter for over 60 years and a Perth Glory season ticket holder (a member in Aussie terms). Williams has been a big disappointment and at times he just did not put in the required effort. Happy to see him go to Muscat's Victory. Williams' brother Aryn has also been released by Glory...

Re: Clarets around the world.

A few disciples in Perth Western Australia (39C here today). I take every opportunity to spread the good word - enclosed spaces like lifts are best so potential converts cannot escape easily. See myself as a Clarets Eric Oldfield for those of you who remember Ripping Yarns.
1-0 win tonight.

Great idea, great PR.
Amazed at the predominantly negative response on here.
How about mascots drawn from the miserable, small minded sods on this thread? Plenty of choice.

Re: Linesmsn today

The assistant who was involved in the send off 'missed' the offside at the end. He had had 30+ minutes of abuse along that touchline which may have intimidated him - suspect that that is what SD's comments about 'coming to places like these' were referring to. Does not excuse sheer incompetence but ...
