Whether we like it or not, at some point this will sadly end. But when and how? It should be clear to all by now that SD values our loyalty and vice versa. We got stung by Coyle in 2010, Dyche got stung by Watford in 2012. Our current marriage began in 2012. Realistically, there will be a time where...

F1 is pathetically predictable and boring these days. Should be the most exciting of course, but is way, way off, and that says much about the latter day governance and manufacturers. Better off with the Historic if you plan to go. https://www.senategrandprix.com/historic-grand-prix" onclick="window...

Would anybody happen to know how this video came to be filmed at Turf Moor in 1982? Mark E Smith was a Man City fan and I'm not aware of any Burnley connections within the band. Whatever your opinion of The Fall we should be grateful that this video documented some fantastic imagery of the ground at...

“The Socios model runs counter to that as it attempts to monetise fan engagement which the leagues and clubs have committed to doing for free."
If this is West Ham's sole Supporter Liaison then it can't possibly comply.

Sadly, Norwich and Sheffield Utd would also lose 6 points. The one positive is that West Brom would only lose 3 points, therefore making Leeds slightly less likely to go up by virtue of a four horse race as opposed to a three.

I'd imagine that, regardless of any guilt, the stress of an impending court case when it will basically be one word against the other, and with very high stakes involved, could push someone to the point they just cannot face it. In many respects I'd imagine it would be much more stressful for someon...

I've used Now TV for 2 or 3 Grand Prix this year when the actual start time has suited me much better than the C4 highlights start time.
It has cost me around £7 for each which is a damn sight cheaper than a Sky sub.

This got me thinking about Bacup. Mid seventies there was a Safeway on the corner of Union Street/King Street which I think was fairly new and had a name change not long after. There was also a Co-Operative towards the bottom of Union Street which appeared much older. In Burnley around the same time...

The right of free speech will continue to be abated as long as racism and sexism accusations are bandied about as freely as they have of late. The reason why social media indicates high levels of support for the left is because those of a centre or centre-right persuasion are too often accused of ra...

Asked to name a club more despised nationally than Leeds you couldn't.
You'd maybe come up with some close runners-up, especially if you included Scotland, but Leeds have gone about their business in completely the wrong way for over 40 years. Reap what you sow.

There were some great days out with Sussex Clarets, although my recollections as to their untimely demise is that those seeking tickets took the p1ss out of the organisers, and those organising tickets ultimately took the p1ss out of their sources.
It was only going to go one way unfortunately.
