Re: Goin’ Down Th’Imp

Re: ARTICLE: Our Bedlington Terrier in Claret and Blue
My late father's favourite Burnley player. A shame I never got to see him play but this article summed up what dad used to say about him nicely. He was gutted they sold him.

Stop Making Sense has to be one of the most best live recorded films and albums of all time. Great how it builds from the start from David on tape recorder and guitar to full band, dancers and all. Art, music cinematography at it's finest. Even if your not a fan it's still interesting.

Great memories wit...

Re: When did McDonalds open in Burnley?
I thought about 82-84 ish. I remember doing the birthday party thing too. They gave you a tour of the kitchens and one of the lucky party got to walk into the giant freezer. Seem to remember them 'jokingly' pretend to lock them in. Ahhh the good old days!

Re: Bramall Lane
Same season but Inchy made his debut at Stockport away. I was at the Bramhall Lane away fa cup game that season too! We took a fair few thousand. All the stands behind the goal and part of the big home stand....kick off delayed 15 minutes. Inchy scored a worldly and had a battle with Adrian LittleJo...
