I was meaning car drivers and parking habits really. I am always looking for new cycle routes so keep an eye out when travelling and the amount of cars parked up in them illegally is shocking. Some cars park up overnight in them etc.. And as a mainly pedestrian, I find cyclists to be the most entit...

If VAR had been around in his season with Burnley in the top flight, he'd have had a very good haul. I think there were 4 or 5 goals that season that were ruled out for offside, but he was onside.

I think you're looking at Stan's time through rose-tinted specs somewhat. Of his six seasons, four and a half of them were pretty miserable. We'd barely avoided relegation in the two seasons prior to Cotterill coming in. I can’t do the maths of 6 years in total…. One year with a promotion, 2 years ...

A bloke that was at times ridiculed by some, especially following his departure and when all appeared ‘rosey’ in the first 12 months of Coyle. However, I think Steve C is a manager, who doesn’t get anywhere near the credit he deserves. Ok, he was quite pragmatic in his approach, but he also had his...

A very poor season for Lancashire, saw them winning just 3 games and reaching finals day in the blast. Meanwhile over the border Yorkshire celebrate a very successful season by winning 3 games, and achieveing no major finals day. Their captain, who said it was a privilege to lead them dropped them l...

Broja looked like someone who had no pre season and is working his way back to fitness. Granted it is pi**ing in the wind with some but hopefully there are more sensible people who aren't writing him off after 1 game. I thought there were a few flashes of what he was about. He probably had 3 shots ...

Tuanzebe should now be fit-he played all of last night. Most of his games for Ipswich in the PL last season were from RB. He surely must be an improvement on Sonne I'm loathe to make firm judgements on players after one performance, but I thought there were worrying signs in Tuanzebe last night. He...

Ah mate. there's always a crowd to be criticised somewhere..... Did you see the chtistmas markets? Barely a soul there..... did you see The Queue for the lego shop - it was like a Lowerhouse home game.....
Always fun for some in assessing crowds..... and they're only marginally weather disrupted.

That’s not correct. A defender’s arm is not considered when determining offside decisions, it’s the same for all players. Ah my mistake - the rules do state what you've said, and therefore I was wrong. But I am sure I watched one of the referee mic'd up sessions or the review the ref shows and they...

I think the mistake made with the images is that the offside line is drawn at the most offside extremity of Foster, as opposed to the most onside extremity of the defender. If it was shown correctly at the defender’s shoulder, then it would show a significant amount of Foster being offside. I’m pre...

It's nothing to do with managers or the way they play though. Aging uncompetitive squad? Lack of scouting network? Commercial revenues dwarfed by supposed rivals? Millwall? Who are they talking about here? Spurs? If so, it’s like when Blackburn thought Man Utd were their rivals. Bournemouth, Bright...

I can assure you it's not a few gobby fans - huge problems there between ownership and fans. Some of the fans there have very little awareness of their club. Think they're a massive club, when they're not. Think they are owed a side that plays attacking football and wins - nobody is owed that. Have...

Why on earth should the FC not use its clout to force collaboration if the CC won’t give an inch? It’s hearsay but it’s well known hearsay. Also the FC don’t owe the CC anything. The CC have done extremely well out of being neighbours. I’d much rather BFC fans gave their money to the FC than the CC...

Peace of mind?
Some lesser people than you suffer anxiety over issues like this.
Ticketmaster trend, for big concerts, is moving tickets to be available only 36-48 hours ahead of the event. Reduces ticket fraud apparently.

if I've done the maths right, which admittedly I might not have done, playing each team once would mean that county games increase from the current 14 to 17, plus a couple of minor counties to take it up to 19, and then add in 3 way test competition, which presumably would be around 4 games, so 23 w...
